View FreeMind as Flash in your browser
Reader Juan Pedro wrote that you can view your FreeMind mind-maps as Flash on your browser using the freeMindFlashBrowser. I gave it a try... it's nice. Personally, I'm happy with HTML output though. You can get a demo here, in case you're wondering how it works! Thanks Juan for the tip!

del.icio.us to FreeMind...
I came across this nifty little program that turns your del.icio.us bookmarks to a FreeMind mind map tree. I think this is a useful alternative to the "tag cloud" on del.icio.us, specially when it comes to finding that bookmark that was somehow related to, say, [WebDesign] but you can't find it quickly without clicking those sub-tags one by one!

I'v been a beta user of Newsvine for a while now and I must say, I love it! The day's big news is there, along with comments from its users. The Featured Writers Column is also another favourite of mine, as you get read stories from other users' point of view.
